Build Project: New Build in Point Clear

Wright Ruffell Sturricks have now developed a few of the properties along Point Clear Bay. This one in particular was a pleasure to complete as it sits in a lovely spot on the bay and offers great views of the ocean so it was important that we made a lot of use of the light and ensured that none of the views were obstructed.

There was an existing building that first had to be demolished before we could start on what would become another fantastic new build in Point Clear. The property features four bedrooms, a garage, utility room, patio area and is a sustainable build using the latest in energy saving technology.
